We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our People Operations function. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow across multiple areas of HR — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee documentation, HR data management, and engagement initiatives. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Manage candidate communication, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Support offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, virtual events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Draft HR communications, newsletters, and policy updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee queries and feedback.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Help prepare HR reports, audit data, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in policy rollouts, HR audits, and training documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Familiarity with HR tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for IT or engineering roles.
  • Exposure to federal contracting or cleared workforce onboarding (a plus).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
