Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote / Work From Home)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment, with at least 1 year in a consultancy/agency

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.), referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
  • Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and suitability.
  • Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with clients and candidates.
  • Manage client accounts (if assigned) and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain ATS records and prepare hiring reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years overall, with at least 1 year in consultancy/agency recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred).
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi , Bengali.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
