About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join AB Media Co. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance. You will play an active role in supporting a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from job postings and screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and related administrative tasks.
  • Address employee queries, handle grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Plan and conduct training programs, workshops, and engagement activities to boost employee morale.
  • Support performance review cycles, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee engagement.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
