About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and smooth onboarding for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
4. Performance Management
- Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives.
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
