Role: HR Executive – Makhija Automations AI
Location: Anywhere in India (Work From Home)
Compensation: ₹15,000/month (₹1.8 LPA, negotiable)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for AI/Automation roles (n8n, Zapier, GenAI engineers, app developers, social media automation specialists).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
- Work closely with the founding team to forecast manpower needs and close positions quickly.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with WFH staff and ensure smooth onboarding/documentation.
- Drive employer branding on job portals, LinkedIn, and career pages.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/AI/Automation roles preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Telegram/Discord communities.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, and HR tools.
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
- Ability to handle remote hiring at scale (10–20 roles simultaneously).
