At Synergy Health 360, we're building a high-performing India-based team to power our U.S. healthcare operations. This role is key in hiring, onboarding, and enabling the best remote talent.
Job Description: We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining a structured, compliant, and people-first HR framework for a remote, cross-border team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates across roles: voice support, medical billing, tech, and admin
- Conduct interviews, manage offer process, and onboard new hires
- Draft and maintain employee documentation and HR records
- Handle PF, ESIC, and Indian labor law compliance
- Support remote employee engagement and performance tracking
- Coordinate with U.S. leadership and ensure timely updates on HR operations
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR roles
- Prior experience supporting international (especially U.S.) teams preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up abilities
