Job Description: We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining a structured, compliant, and people-first HR framework for a remote, cross-border team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates across roles: voice support, medical billing, tech, and admin
  • Conduct interviews, manage offer process, and onboard new hires
  • Draft and maintain employee documentation and HR records
  • Handle PF, ESIC, and Indian labor law compliance
  • Support remote employee engagement and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with U.S. leadership and ensure timely updates on HR operations

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR roles
  • Prior experience supporting international (especially U.S.) teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up abilities
