**Job Title**: Marketing Executive for HR Academy

**Company Overview**:
Join our innovative HR Academy, dedicated to providing comprehensive online courses tailored for freshers, graduates, mid-career professionals, those on a career break, and entry-level HR professionals. Our curriculum covers essential topics such as Recruitment, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Learning & Development (L&D), Payroll, Onboarding & Offboarding, Labour Laws, and customized topics delivered by industry professionals.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to promote our HR courses and help us reach potential students. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a strong understanding of marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students to our HR Academy.
- Promote our online and weekend classes across various platforms.
- Engage with potential students and provide information about our courses.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to highlight customized topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary of ₹20,000 per month, contingent upon enrolling a minimum of 5 students.
- Additional compensation of ₹2,000 for each student enrolled beyond the initial 5.

**Work Arrangement**:

- This is a remote, freelance position.
