Position: Marketing Executive

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month

Location: Work from home

Reports To: Marketing Manager

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in executing various campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights

Create and manage social media posts and ads to enhance brand visibility

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution

Prepare and analyze reports on marketing campaign performance

Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities

Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to drive brand growth

Monitor competitor activities and stay updated with industry trends

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in a marketing role (Freshers may also apply)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus

**Working Hours**:
10 hours per day, Flexible shifts

6 days working [ Rotational Weekoff]

**Salary**:
₹20,000 per month Fixed
