Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Solar Sales Executive / Manager
to drive sales and business growth in the solar energy segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for solar rooftop systems, solar power plants, and related renewable energy products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
· Identify and generate
new business opportunities
for solar rooftop, EPC, and on-grid/off-grid systems.
· Conduct
site surveys, feasibility studies, and client presentations
for solar project proposals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with
dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and government agencies.
· Prepare and submit
commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations
in coordination with the technical team.
· Collaborate with the
engineering, design, and project teams
to ensure seamless project execution.
· Keep updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and government policies
related to solar energy.
· Maintain a
sales funnel, daily activity report, and customer database
for management review.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales and collection targets.
· Participate in
exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of
solar systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid, EPC, Rooftop, and Ground-mounted)
.
· Good understanding of
solar modules, inverters, batteries, and BOS components.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to handle
B2B, B2C, and institutional clients.
· Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
· Self-motivated with strong business acumen and customer focus.
Qualification & Experience:
·
Education:
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy, or MBA in Marketing.
·
Experience:
2–7 years of experience in
solar product sales / EPC / renewable energy sector.

· Target-driven and proactive approach.
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
