Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Channel Sales Executive to support our sales efforts for solar inverters through a strong network of channel partners, dealers, and system integrators in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have some exposure to sales in solar, electrical, or energy-related products and should be eager to grow in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Engagement:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new dealers/distributors/system integrators.
- Maintain regular interaction with existing partners to support sales and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely communication of product offers, pricing, and promotions.
Sales Support:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through channel partners.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with partners for quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Market Outreach:
- Visit local markets and channel partners to ensure product visibility.
- Support participation in local exhibitions, dealer meets, and product demos.
- Share feedback on customer/partner needs and competitor activities.
Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales manager, service team, and logistics to ensure smooth sales cycles.
- Keep records of partner activities, sales pipelines, and collections.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years in channel sales (solar/electrical/EPC/energy products preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar products, especially inverters, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region.
Additional Skills (Good to Have):
- Exposure to solar inverter products (on-grid, hybrid, off-grid).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Understanding of basic electrical concepts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹38,000.00 per month
