Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager at Gautam Solar's corporate office in New Delhi. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to enhance channel sales operations. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential channel partners, providing them with the necessary support and resources, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Channel Sales and fostering strong relationships with Channel Partners.
  • Strong foundation in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure partner satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficient communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
