Job Title: Payroll ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate compensation, compliance with statutory requirements, and provide support to both HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including earnings, deductions, leaves, and tax information.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
  • Manage statutory filings (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and submit relevant returns.
  • Generate payslips, salary statements, and other payroll-related reports.
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing (2+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automated payroll systems and Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Master's (Preferred)
