HR Payroll Executive

A Payroll Executive manages employee compensation, ensuring timely salary payments, accurate calculation of wages, benefits, and deductions, and adherence to all payroll laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include data entry, payroll reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, managing tax filings and payments, preparing reports, and serving as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in payroll software, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and labor laws. Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Administer and process payroll for all employees, including managing timesheets, calculating wages, and verifying data accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll records by collecting, calculating, and entering data into payroll systems.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare payroll reports and financial summaries for management, and monitor payroll dashboards.
- Employee Support: Handle employee payroll queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Taxes & Benefits: Calculate and deposit taxes, manage statutory deductions, and ensure timely processing of employee benefits and reimbursements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments on payroll-related issues to ensure seamless operations
