Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Industrial Motors for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building relationships with key clients, and expanding market share for Havells Motors in the region.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for Havells Motors in the assigned territory.
  • Focus exclusively on Motor products and manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle.
  • Identify and onboard new industrial clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in Motors (Industrial Motors only).
  • Strong knowledge of motor applications and industrial segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
