Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves leading and motivating a sales team, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, including strategizing and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, developing reports, and implementing improvement strategies
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on financial inclusion and customer needs
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the banking and financial services industry is highly advantageous
