  • Strong leadership & staff management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
  • Good communication & team coordination

Job Details:

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Manage inventory, food cost, and wastage control
  • Maintain hygiene & safety compliance
  • Support menu planning and new dish development
