Experience: 3–6 years in reputed 4/5-star hotels, with strong South Indian cuisine expertise
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
- Expertise in South Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership & staff management skills
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
- Good communication & team coordination
Job Details:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, food cost, and wastage control
- Maintain hygiene & safety compliance
- Support menu planning and new dish development
