Jr. Sous Chef

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
