About the Role:

We're looking for a
Prospecting Specialist

who can turn conversations into connections and connections into opportunities. This role blends
marketing creativity

with
business development

. You'll be responsible for engaging professionals on
LinkedIn and Email

, building meaningful relationships, and generating quality prospects for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential prospects through
    LinkedIn outreach

and
personalized email campaigns

.
- Craft compelling communication that reflects our brand voice while addressing prospect needs.
- Segment audiences and tailor outreach strategies based on personas and industry.
- Leverage marketing-led content (posts, newsletters, campaigns) to spark engagement and build credibility.
- Track and optimize outreach performance through CRM dashboards and analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and integrate campaigns.
- Continuously research industry trends, prospect behaviour, and engagement tactics to refine strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    marketing, digital outreach, or business development
  • Strong written communication skills with a flair for creating engaging messages.
  • Familiarity with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email automation tools, or CRM systems

(preferred).
- Marketing mindset: ability to think beyond "cold outreach" and focus on value-driven engagement.
- Analytical curiosity to test, learn, and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with professionals across industries.

Compensation (CTC):

Fixed:

INR 4,44,000 to INR 5,40,000/Year

Variable:

INR 1,44,000- INR 2,16,000/Year

Total CTC:

5,88,000 to 7,56,000/Year

This will be based on your experience and assessment during the evaluation process.
