About the role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven
Inside Sales Specialists
to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make
150–200 outbound calls daily
to prospective customers - Maintain
150+ minutes of daily talk time
. - Drive conversions by explaining product/service benefits persuasively.
- Manage and update leads & interactions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Conversions & Revenue:
Meet/exceed assigned targets
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
. - Prior
inside sales / tele-sales experience
(2–4 years preferred). - Highly motivated, sales-oriented, and comfortable with targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work
6 days a week
from the office in Ahmedabad.
