We're looking for a proactive and energetic Events Executive to manage college activations from start to finish. This includes everything from getting permissions from colleges, coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves being on-ground, enjoys meeting people, and can multitask efficiently to deliver high-quality activations for youth-centric brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. College Coordination & Permissions

  • Identify and connect with colleges for brand activation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with college authorities, cultural heads, and event committees for approvals.
  • Maintain a database of colleges, events, and key contacts for future campaigns.

2. Planning & Pre-Event Preparation

  • Understand client requirements and plan event logistics accordingly.
  • Prepare event timelines, checklists, and backup plans for smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (client servicing, design, production) for deliverables.

3. Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Source and manage vendors for branding, fabrication, printing, manpower, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely delivery, setup, and dismantling of materials at the venue.
  • Track budgets, ensure cost control, and maintain cost sheets.

4. On-Ground Execution

  • Supervise on-ground setups and branding as per brand guidelines.
  • Manage promoters and ensure engagement activities are conducted as planned.
  • Troubleshoot any last-minute challenges to ensure flawless execution.

5. Post-Event Reporting

  • Capture photos, videos, and performance data from each activation.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports and share learnings for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event execution or brand activations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with travel and fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and budgeting
