Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

10Decoders is looking for a highly accomplished, high-performing sales professional to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and executing them by meeting the revenue goals and targets. 

  • Experience of 6 to 15 years in selling professional services or staffing services in the US market.
  • Should have a proven track record of acquiring new customers for the staffing services. This will be end/direct customers and/or national staffing vendors and/or mid- to large systems integrators and/or large Indian SI's.
  • Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory
  • Should have a successful track record of scaling the accounts acquired to achieve a sustained run rate business on or more than 5 M USD YoY or scale the head count to 50 plus within the first year and scale further by 50% YoY.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and recruiting delivery team and maintain positive customer relations
  • Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts.
