Purpose of Job
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and scale our India-based recruitment function. You'll be responsible for driving full cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with stakeholders including Partners, Directors, and Managers. You will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, optimizing processes, and enhancing the candidate experience. We'll trust you to:
Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a scalable Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.Build and grow the TA team to support increasing hiring demands.
Operational ExcellenceManage and mentor a team of 2 recruiters, with plans to expand.Own and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tools, workflows, and candidate experience.
Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Partners, Directors, and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent.Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.   Candidate Experience & Employer BrandingChampion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to enhance employer branding and talent outreach.
Data & ReportingDefine and track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.).Leverage data to inform decisions and report on hiring performance.   Talent Pipelining & Market IntelligenceBuild proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor hiring strategies. You'll need to have:
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring (100+ hires/year), ideally in consulting or tech-enabled services.
  • Experience hiring for both technical (engineering, data, analytics) and non-technical (consulting, operations) roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Passion for process improvement, team development, and candidate experience.
