Urgent Hiring – Presales Executive (International Process)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary :- upto 20k
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in a similar Presales/International BPO role
Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling international clients, understanding client requirements, lead generation, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls/emails to potential international clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects.
Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO / Presales / Lead Generation
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Strong understanding of the sales process
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in night shift (US/UK process)
