Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in New Delhi. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with sales efforts, and integrating solutions for clients. Key tasks include understanding client needs, presenting tailored technology solutions, and ensuring successful integration and implementation. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams and technical partners to achieve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Integration
- Presales and Sales skills
- Knowledge in Security solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
