They are currently seeking a strategic recruitment manager to lead talent acquisition for their critical ERP practice.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our client's ERP practice. This individual will be pivotal in attracting and acquiring top-tier ERP talent by deploying innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline to meet dynamic business needs. This is an individual contributor role with significant stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive, just-in-time sourcing strategies for the ERP domain.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, rollout, and post-offer acceptance management.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Business Operations Managers, Hiring Managers, and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize hiring metrics and analytics to drive informed decisions, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead and deliver on large-scale, cross-functional hiring initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all positions are closed within defined timelines and budget, adhering to all compliance and risk guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Drive organizational best practices and contribute to initiatives in employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and recruitment automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8+ years of proven recruitment experience, specifically managing large-scale and complex hiring within professional services or a corporate environment. A background in ERP, IT, or technical hiring is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with various HR applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and strong analytical skills for dashboard creation and reporting.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing hiring strategies based on business forecasts.

- Strong verbal and written business communication, active listening, and interpretation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and approachable manner.

- Proven skill in high-volume hiring and the ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
