Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Delivery Manager
to lead and manage our IT staffing operations in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing
,
client engagement
, and
team leadership
. This role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end delivery for IT staffing projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for domestic IT staffing projects, with a strong focus on
    C2H
    hiring models.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and delivery executives to ensure optimal performance and successful client fulfillment.
  • Interact regularly with clients to understand hiring needs, deliverables, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client requirements.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics (TAT, submissions, closures, etc.) and drive performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and recruitment teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Proactively handle escalations and resolve delivery-related issues with clients.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
:

  • 5 to 18 years of experience in
    IT staffing
    , with a strong focus on
    domestic market
    and
    contract-to-hire (C2H)
    models.
  • Proven experience in
    team management
    and the ability to lead mid-to-large delivery teams.
  • Excellent
    client handling
    and
    stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends in the Indian market.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and delivery KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Experience working with top-tier clients and large enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to ATS and CRM tools used in the staffing industry.
