Job Title: Jr. Key Account Manager

About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing key customer accounts, analyzing data, and contributing to the growth of long-term partnerships. You will play a vital role in supporting account operations, monitoring client activity, and providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for quick redressal of client queries and concerns. Participate in regular check-ins with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer support, marketing, etc.) to align on client requirements.
- Track and monitor client-related updates such as new store openings, expansion moves, or significant business decisions through online sources, and report them to the respective account lead.
- Provide timely reporting on account performance, client activity, and key trends to the concerned account POC.
- Support the preparation of data-driven proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to client requirements, with a focus on identifying patterns and opportunities for improving client engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and account management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other analytical/reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
