About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT/Software sales to drive business growth, generate leads, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have proven ID (Inside/Individual/IT Domain) BDM experience and a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the IT/software domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Drive sales cycles from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contract finalization.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BDM in IT/software sales.
- Strong ID BDM experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive environment.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services sales.
- Existing client network in IT/Software industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
