Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and stakeholders. Responsible for managing patient appointments, registration, and general inquiries, the role ensures smooth front desk operations and a welcoming environment for all hospital visitors.

Eligibility:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Any degree Science is an added advantage
  • Experience 0 - 6 Years
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception & Patient Handling:

  2. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.

  3. Manage patient registration, appointments, and follow-up calls.

  4. Administrative Support:

  5. Maintain patient records, forms, and front desk documentation.

  6. Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

  7. Telephonic & Online Coordination:

  8. Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.

  9. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors schedules, and procedures.

  10. Billing & Assistance:

  11. Support patients with basic billing queries and guide them to the billing department if required.

  12. Ensure proper documentation for insurance or corporate patients.

  13. Customer Service & Communication:

  14. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.

  15. Handle patient complaints and queries efficiently or escalate as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Science background preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good command of English and local language.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and hospital software is an advantage.
