About Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager - US to lead business development and client relationship initiatives for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing market strategies for the US geography. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in US time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and sales growth for the US market.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, proposal, and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities in the US region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums relevant to the US market.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years handling the US market.
  • Strong understanding of US business culture and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones as required.
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions sales preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
