- Manage key accounts for HORECA segment, focusing on institutional sales and restaurant business.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the HORECA segment.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain their loyalty and expand services offered.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Institutional Sales or related field (HORECA).
- Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including restaurants and institutional markets.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
