Director – Sales (CRM & IT Services, US Market)

Role Overview

Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for CRM and broader IT services in the US market. Drive go-to-market strategies, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and close high-value enterprise deals across Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, Security, and Digital Transformation portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition:
    Secure new enterprise logos in the US market, identifying, qualifying, and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Define and execute market positioning, value propositions, and sales approaches to maximize reach and impact.
  • CXO Engagement:
    Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXO/VP-level executives through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Sales Planning & Revenue Growth:
    Own quarterly and annual sales targets; develop sales plans to deliver predictable, profitable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of IT services sales experience, including 7+ years focused on the US market.
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, CRM, Security, and Digital Transformation services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build CXO/VP-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Expertise in creating and executing competitive go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
