Director – Sales (CRM & IT Services, US Market)

Role Overview
Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for CRM and broader IT services in the US market. Drive go-to-market strategies, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and close high-value enterprise deals across Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, Security, and Digital Transformation portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition:
Secure new enterprise logos in the US market, identifying, qualifying, and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities. - Go-to-Market Strategy:
Define and execute market positioning, value propositions, and sales approaches to maximize reach and impact. - CXO Engagement:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXO/VP-level executives through consultative, solution-oriented selling. - Sales Planning & Revenue Growth:
Own quarterly and annual sales targets; develop sales plans to deliver predictable, profitable growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of IT services sales experience, including 7+ years focused on the US market.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, CRM, Security, and Digital Transformation services.
- Demonstrated ability to build CXO/VP-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Expertise in creating and executing competitive go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
