VP – Operations
Team – Zonal Managers, Cluster Managers and Branch Managers
Job Summary:
The General Manager – Operations will oversee and lead all operational functions across diagnostic centers to support services to ensure seamless, high-quality, and efficient service delivery.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in
Hospitals, Diagnostics, Retail Healthcare Clinics, Single Specialty Clinics, Retail Pharma Outlets, Eye Clinics, Fertility Clinics etc.

- Operations Management
- Audit & Compliance Management
- Resource Management and Development
- Drive Consistent Service Quality
- Customer complaint and Feedback management
- Improving Region ratings
Competencies
- Experience in handling the Diagnostic / hospital operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
- Strong Time Management skills and the ability to consistently prioritize and reprioritize
This role requires travel within Hyderabad, AP and TS.
