Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking an Operations General Manager for a restaurant in Hyderabad. This full-time executive position requires an individual with 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should have proven skills in managing restaurant operations and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in point of sale systems (Mandatory skill) for seamless transaction management and customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in vendor negotiation (Mandatory skill) to secure advantageous terms and maintain beneficial relationships.
- Strong team leadership skills (Mandatory skill) to motivate and manage staff towards achieving operational excellence.
- Experience with inventory management software to optimize stock levels and reduce waste effectively.
- Competency in staff scheduling software to ensure adequate staffing and maintain payroll efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to conduct profit and loss analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive business success.
