Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Plant Operations to join our executive team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The selected candidate will oversee plant operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in operations management with a history of successful plant operations oversight (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong background in supply chain management to optimize logistics and reduce inefficiencies (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to execute risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in strategic planning to define and implement long-term business goals effectively.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and inspiring large teams for peak performance.
  • Competency in budgeting to manage financial resources efficiently, achieving cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Proficient in quality control to maintain and improve product quality in compliance with industry standards.
  • Capability in process improvement to enhance systems and methods, promoting operational excellence.

  • Oversee supply chain management to streamline processes and manage efficient logistics flows.
