Role Overview: As an Associate General Manager - Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue of a specific region and ensuring the growth and performance metrics of the business and its employees. Your role will involve taking full ownership of crucial business initiatives including product launches, process enhancements, category expansion, and vendor relationships. You will play an active role in making business decisions by providing both qualitative insights and conducting detailed quantitative analysis. It is essential to have a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience to drive optimal business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a dynamic team comprising Business and Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, among others. - Ensure the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products such as Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor, and essential home improvement services in the region. - Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including design sign-offs, error-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. - Act as the liaison between the city and customers within Livspace, ensuring continuous feedback for ongoing improvement and enhancement of services. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience. - Proven experience in managing and leading teams effectively. - Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Ability to drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and internal teams effectively.,
