Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The General Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, monitoring market trends, guiding sales team members, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in Real Estate (Channel Partner Firm) 3-7 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and reporting
- Ability to motivate and mentor sales team members
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
