Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client follow-ups, maintaining regular communication, and supporting the sales teams in lead management and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients regarding sales and design inquiries, quotations, and project updates.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales teams for meetings, appointments, and client requirements.
- Maintain an accurate database of client information and follow-up details.
- Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
- Meet daily and weekly calls and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages Known: English, Tamil, and Hindi (Mandatory); Telugu will be an added advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
