EuMo is a multi-disciplinary design office headquartered in Mumbai, co-owned by Shanoo Bhatia and Harkaran Singh Grewal having invested effort and time together in raising the bar and demanding and delivering consistently superior design solutions.

Both our Directors are alumni from NID and have taken on multiple roles of creative responsibility in national bodies such as ASSOCHAM and ADI (Association of Designers on India) to lead design from the forefront. Our team of enviable talent is multi disciplinary and comprises high-level creative minds trained in delivery of brands, retail experiences, digital applications and websites, visitor experiences, all following a rigorous Design Thinking approach.

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILTIES -

  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

REQUIREMENTS -

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience Business Development or Sales field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Your ability to collaborate with multiple parties from in and out of the organization will help you achieve your numbers.

4) Business Intelligence

Knowing all about your business services and products is essential, conducting the necessary market analysis is essential to identify the company´s current position and work on growth strategy.
