- Sales Support and Coordination:
- Assist the sales team by providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Manage customer accounts, including updating records, tracking orders, and addressing any client concerns.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on orders and resolving any issues promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by ensuring high levels of service and attention to detail.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis as requested by the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales orders, invoices, and correspondence with clients.
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure that all product specifications, quantities, and timelines meet customer requirements.
- Market Research and Support:
- Support market research activities by gathering information on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities based on insights from research.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing documents.
- Assist with training new sales team members on sales processes and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales coordination role within the manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism, seeking solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
