Seeking a results-driven
Affiliate Ad Sales Specialist
to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively identifying, onboarding, and managing direct advertisers, with a primary focus on the high-growth
Mobile/App vertical
. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in performance marketing and the ability to forge strong, long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The core focus of this role is to secure and manage high-value advertising accounts in the performance marketing space:
- Business Development:
Actively identify, prospect, and successfully onboard direct advertisers, focusing primarily on campaigns within the Mobile/App vertical (CPI and CPA models). - Revenue Generation:
Consistently drive and exceed revenue targets through the proactive selling and management of performance-based advertising campaigns. - Client Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key clients and advertisers to ensure high retention and continuous upsell opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams (Delivery, Client Servicing, Data) to guarantee flawless campaign execution and client satisfaction. - Performance Reporting:
Prepare compelling proposals, detailed performance reports, and data-driven updates for both clients and internal management. - Market Intelligence:
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively identify new growth opportunities and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
Experience & Skills
- Experience:
0.6 to 6 years of total experience in
Affiliate Marketing
or
Performance Marketing
. - Domain Focus:
Must have prior experience or strong familiarity with handling
Mobile App
campaigns (specifically CPI/CPA models). - Sales Acumen:
Proven track record in Ad Sales, Client Acquisition, and Advertiser Onboarding is essential. - Core Competencies:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and professional relationship-building skills. - Autonomy:
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts efficiently, and consistently meet set revenue targets.
