Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong professional to join our team as a Customer Success Executive / Product Specialist. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and ProofHub, ensuring they successfully adopt, implement, and derive maximum value from the product. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers, while also collaborating with the product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and product quality.
Your Role:
- Become an expert in ProofHub and demonstrate how it solves client problems.
- Onboard new clients, train users, and provide product walk-throughs through demos, email, or calls.
- Respond to inbound support requests and guide clients on effective product usage.
- Create and maintain a self-service knowledge base of common queries.
- Help clients identify the best usage scenarios and implement ProofHub in their business workflows.
- Proactively engage with clients to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for pre-release products and share actionable feedback with engineering.
- Handle existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Conduct market study and competitive analysis to provide insights for product improvement.
What Youll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, product support, or a similar role.
- Technical background is a must (ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new features.
Good to Have
- Prior experience with SaaS-based products.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting client demos, webinars, or training sessions.
- Exposure to competitive analysis and market research.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable inputs for product teams.
