Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Chandigarh

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Education: Graduate (Minimum Pass-out Year – 2021)

Process Type: Voice Process (International/Domestic as per business need)

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a Voice Process role in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Minimum pass-out year: 2021 or later).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
  • Candidates must be open to working in night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
