Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Gurugram. The focus will be on inside sales, lead generation, and business development activities. The Business Development
Representative
is responsible for connecting clients with relevant academic research experts (college/university doctorates) as freelance research mentors to fulfill specific project needs. This role requires analyzing client requirements, identifying suitable experts, and facilitating their engagement throughout the project lifecycle. It often involves tasks like expert screening, relationship management, and ensuring seamless communication between experts and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scoping and Expert Identification: Analyzing client requests and conducting research to understand project requirements and identify the most relevant academic research experts (AREs).
- Expert Recruitment and Screening: Utilizing various platforms (LinkedIn, email, phone, etc.) to find and vet potential experts based on client needs.
- Expert Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with experts, managing expectations, and ensuring their ongoing engagement throughout the project.
