Position Details

  • Position: Senior Manager – B2B Sales
  • Location: Noida
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B Distribution / Channel Sales
  • Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – B2B Sales to lead our business-to-business distribution and channel sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, enterprise sales, and strategic business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners, resellers, and channel networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and brand development.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B distribution, channel sales, or enterprise business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
