About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Senior Manager – B2B Sales
to lead our business-to-business distribution and channel sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
partner management, enterprise sales, and strategic business development
, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective
B2B sales strategies
to achieve revenue and business growth targets. - Identify, onboard, and manage
distribution partners, resellers, and channel networks
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients and business partners
. - Analyze
market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
to uncover new opportunities. - Collaborate with
marketing and product teams
for lead generation and brand development. - Prepare and present
sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
to management. - Negotiate and close
high-value deals

sales team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred). - Minimum
5 years of experience

negotiation, communication, and relationship management
