Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager located in Noida. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, handling client communications, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Proven skills in CRM Software, Lead Generation, and Prospecting
- Team collaboration and ability to coordinate with different departments
- Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA is advantageous
- Prior experience in B2B sales within industries such as IT or services is a plus
