About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, specializing in international B2B sales, group contracts, and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for expanding our motel business in key US regions and acquiring new corporate, group, and travel-industry clients — working remotely from India (no international travel required).

Key Responsibilities-Sales & Business Development (USA Markets)

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Denver, California, Las Vegas, and other US regions.
  • Identify and acquire motel owners, travel partners, corporate clients, brokers, and B2B buyers.
  • Build strong relationships with G6 Hospitality networks, motel operators, franchisees, and travel agencies.
  • Handle full sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Drive group bookings, long-term lodging contracts, and B2B business.

Partnerships & B2B Channels

  • Establish partnerships with travel agents, corporate travel planners, staffing companies, logistics companies, and relocation services.
  • Develop B2B pipelines with companies requiring accommodation for teams, contractors, or groups.
  • Build long-term relationships with US motel chains, property managers, and real estate hospitality networks.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Create targeted marketing campaigns for US regions.
  • Manage digital outreach: LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM follow-ups, industry forums, and hospitality platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, pitch decks, proposals, and brand content.

Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Build and manage a US-focused sales funnel.
  • Analyze competition, pricing, market trends, and customer needs in the motel sector.
  • Report weekly on sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
  • Constantly improve strategies for acquiring and retaining US clients.

Required Skills & ExperienceProfessional Experience

  • 6–7+ years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales and marketing.
  • Direct experience with global markets, especially USA (preferred).
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, group bookings, partnerships, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience working with motels, hotel chains, property management companies, or related hospitality services.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
  • Good understanding of US hospitality, motel operations, and corporate lodging.
  • Ability to develop effective remote sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold callings, online sales channels, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and target oriented.
