Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing sales strategies for our construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals/contracts with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, project sales, and B2B/B2C channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹44,276.88 per month
