Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding real estate firm. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in Free Hold plots. The right candidate will focus on generating client leads, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships while contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through direct client interaction and follow‑ups
  • Generate new leads and explore business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate market (Free Hold plots).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective customers.
  • Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and market updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain proper sales records, reports, and updates in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of real estate sales experience (Free Hold plots preferred)
  • Good track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented professional.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Previous experience in client handling and field sales is an advantage.
